Midnight2Midnight 2017

2017 saw us take things to the next level.  We partnered with The Mayor’s Fund For London and made The Scoop at City Hall our home for 24 awe inspiring hours.  The result? It was magical. Over 400 runners ran a distance equivalent of London to Nairobi in our most epic event yet – raising over 8k for charity. There was rain, there was sunshine, there were tears of joy and tears of pain. There was hugs, loads of coffee but most of all we smiled every step of the way. We know it will be hard to beat.

Midnight2Midnight 2016

In 2016 the event was much bigger, better organised than the 2015 edition, and with some amazing prizes. We partnered up with Ultimate Ears and took things to the next level. After being featured in Time Out and the Runners World, over 250 runners took part. We raised over £5k for a charity supporting young homeless people called The Running Charity. We had four stunning 10k routes around Central London and on each run a participant was joined by a few Midnight Runners crew members leading the pack and carrying portable music speakers. The event finished with a DJ'ed afterparty in club nearby the meeting location.

The music carried me through moments of pain - the playlist, as per usual, was driving me on

Knowing that you’re running for something more than just yourself really pushed me to achieve more than I set out to do

Seeing both the sun rise and set over iconic London landmarks really was the icing on the cake for such a cool event

Midnight2Midnight 2015

In 2015 Midnight2Midnight raised over £10,000 for Syrian refugees. Over 150 runners participated in what was our first 24-hr running relay and the first charity fundraising event.

The Midnight2Midnight was honestly one of the most inspiring sporting events I’ve been lucky enough to be involved in. I completed 2 of the 10k loops, and the atmosphere was amazing. The feeling of group spirit and camaraderie was huge and I can’t wait to be a part of it again this year.

M2M is such a big event. We saw the iconic sights of London with an awesome playlist and an amazing energy spurring us on. I met people who were on their 2nd, 3rd, 4th lap having ever only run the 10k Tuesday boot camps. I can’t wait for this year!

From sunset to sunrise and sunset again, we ran loops along the river. Whether you’re running one or six loops, cheering them on, or riding along with someone doing their third loop at 3am, we run for good, to help those we can.
