Think of it as 24 events rolled into one epic one. Join for one hour, or stay for many!
All loops will set off from our base-camp at Here East, leaving on the hour and returning within the hour.
With different routes and collaborations with some of London’s coolest crews - there are so many great runs to choose from!
You don’t need to sign up for specific runs until the day, so all you need to do right now is get excited, and get your ticket.
We’ll release the full day plan and routes soon, but for now, here’s a taster of what to expect…
THE CLASSIC 10K
Three different 10k routes that explore the streets, parks & canals of East London.
5k FAMILY FUN
A family friendly 5k, walk jog or pushchair-push through Victoria park. All ages, paces and abilities welcome.
5k run with HIIT stops, led by Midnight Runners fitness guru, Olga (@olgastignii_fitness). Imagine a classic Midnight Runners bootcamp but with the sun rising instead of setting.
A self-navigated run that requires you find a series of checkpoints, take a selfie to prove you made it and make it back at basecamp within the hour!
The perfect way to explore our new location!
SWEATY STEPS SESSION
Work those quads on a shorter run with plenty of step climbs thrown in.
HERE-EAST TEAM RELAY
A team relay event - grab some friends and see how many laps of our new venue you can complete within the hour!
THE MIDNIGHT RUNNERS BOOTCAMP
We’ll be closing the event doing what Midnight Runners do best... bringing plenty of energy, music and exercises to get everyone hyped for the after party. Sally will be there, so make sure you are too (if you haven’t met Sally yet, look forward to it!)
Every run will be guided, unless clearly stated otherwise (eg. the checkpoint challenge!)
